    Details of China Kung Fu Tour

    Day 01: Entry Beijing
    When arriving you will be transferred to the hotel and have a good rest.

    Sightseeing: Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.
    Specialty: Peking Opera in the evening and Beijing Duck Dinner

    Tiananmen Square - Tiananmen Square is the geographical center of Beijing City. It is the largest city square in the world,
    Forbidden City - The Forbidden City, also named Palace Museum, is the most magnificent and splendid palace complex in China and one of the five world-famous palaces with the Palace of Versailles in France, Buckingham Palace in England, the White House in the U.S. and the Kremlin in Russia.
    Temple
    of Heaven - The Temple of Heaven in the southern part of Beijing is Chinas largest existing complex of ancient sacrificial buildings.

    Day 03: Beijing
    Sightseeing: Badaling Great Wall. the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb.  the Birds Nest (no entry).
    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

    Badaling Great Wall - constructed in 1502 (during the Ming Dynasty), once served as a crucial military fortification, and is now the most impressive and representative section of the striking Great Wall.
    the Sacred Way  - The Sacred Way is part of the Ming Tombs complex. It is a long, straight path flanked by statues first of ancient government officials and then by animals. The Sacred Way ends at a pavilion sheltering a stone tablet.

    Ming Tomb - It is actually a tomb cluster of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), including thirteen emperors mausoleums, seven tombs for concubines and one grave for eunuchs.

    the Birds Nest - The spectacular Birds Nest stadium, hailed as the finest arena in the world and the centerpiece of the most expensive Olympics in history, is full of hidden symbolism.

    Day 04: Beijing/Xian by flight
    Sightseeing: Summer Palace and the Lama Temple.

    Summer Palace - The Summer Palace is the most celebrated imperial garden in China. The garden came into existence early in the 1750s and had once been a summer resort for the emperors.
    Lama Temple - Lama Temple (Yonghe Temple; Yonghe Lamasery) is the largest and best-preserved lamasery in Beijing.

    Terracotta Warriors and HorsesDay 05: Xian
    Sightseeing: Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall.

    Terracotta Warriors and Horses  - It is a site museum in China. Built on the site of the terra-cotta warriors and horses pits in the Emperor Qins Mausoleum.
    Big Wild Goose Pagoda - Big Wild Goose Pagoda, situated in the Da Cien Temple, is one of the famous Buddhist pagodas in China about 4 kilometers from the urban center.

    the City Wall - The magnificent and grandiose Xian City Wall was constructed in the early Ming Dynasty on the basis of the Imperial City of Chang An (Everlasting Peace) of the Tang Dynasty.

    Day 06: Xian /Luoyang by Train
    Sightseeing: the Great Mosque, Shaanxi History Museum
    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

    the Great Mosque - It is one of the oldest, largest and best-preserved Islamic mosques in China and its location is northwest of the Drum Tower (Gu Lou) on Huajue Lane.
    Shaanxi History Museum- The Shaanxi History Museum is an elegant building complex that attracts many visitors. It houses 113,000 historical and cultural artifacts unearthed in Shaanxi.

    Sightseeing:  the Chariot and Horse Pits, the White Horse Temple and the Shaolin Temple

    the Chariot and Horse Pits - There are generally three exhibition series, namely, A Brief History of Guo Kingdom, the Art of Stone Inscription in History, and the Chariot-and-Horse Pit of Guo Kingdom and Chariot replicas.
    the White Horse Temple  - The White Horse Temple enjoys the reputation of the No.1 Ancient Temple of China. It lies on the south of Mangshan Mountain, and faces the Luohe River in the south.

    the Shaolin Temple - Shaolin Temple is located at Dengfeng County, Henan Province. It is the birthplace of Buddhisms Chan Sect (Zen) in China as well as the cradle of Chinas Shaolin Wushu (martial arts).

    Day 08: Luoyang /Shanghai by Flight
    Sightseeing:  the Longmen Caves.
    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

    Longmen Caves - one of the three major caves in China. The grandiose caves filled with immense Buddhas are the wealth created by the ancient Chinese. The grottoes were densely carved on the cliff of two mountains: Xiangshan and Longmenshan. The valuable relics like a great amount of niches, inscriptions, stupas, sculptures are richly housed here. It was enlisted in the UNESCO World Heritage in November 2000.

    Shanghai Museum- It has an immense collection of Chinese ancient art. There are altogether, over 120,000 precious cultural relics stored in this museum.
    Yuyuan Garden - It is a 400 year old classical Chinese garden in the old town of Shanghai, not far from the Bund.

    the Bund - The Bund got its name from a desolate beach outside the old Shanghai City. If you have never been to the Bund, then you have never been to Shanghai. The Bund symbolizes Shanghai and Bund is an epitome of Shanghais history.

    Day 10: Depart Shanghai
