Lingering Garden

Originally is a classical private garden. It is one of the four most famous gardens in China. Possessing typical Qing style, it is well-know for the qxquisite beauty of its magnificent halls, and the various sizes, shapes, and xolors of the buildings.

Grand Canal and Old City Gate

The canals of the town eventually join up with the famous local waterway known as the Grand Canal, located to the west of the city. It is believed to be the largest internal waterway in the world, and was originally constructed to carry tribute grain from the Yangzi plain to the capital.

Silk Factory

With a long history of silk culture, Suzhou has the tradition of mulberry planting. Silk worms raising, silk reeling and weaving.

Zhouzhuang Water Village

It is about 40 kilometers away from Suzhou. Labbled as “No.1 Water Village in China”, the 900-year-old Zhouzhuang will strike you with not only the elegant environment surrounded by rivers and lakes but also the well-preserved simple architecture of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The most pleasant thing to do there is to walk along the banks of waterways or to row a boat through the ancient stone arch bridges to view along the waterside the residential house built hundreds of year age.
