Wuzhen

The best preserved ancient town in china. Since its establishment in 872 A.D., Wuzhen has never changed its name, address, water system or lifestyle. The traditional buildings are still well preserved after crossing so many rough years. Within the town, there are now more than 40 hectares of late 19th century original buildings, and more than 100 ancient stone bridges of different shapes.

Xizha

Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is the longest ancient canal in the world that extends more than 2,700 kilometers and traverses half the nation, and XiZha is situated near its southern end. It’s the Grand Canal, the mother river of Wuzhen, which brings the town such a brilliant culture and blooming economy.
