Highlights:

Mutianyu Great Wall - The Mutianyu Section is a little farther away than other sections of the Great Wall and is therefore less crowded with tourists. It offers beautiful views of the snaking Wall as it undulates over mountains into the distance and is fortified by a number of watchtowers that visitors can climb up into for views of the surrounding area.

Ming Tombs - Located here are the tombs of 13 of the 16 Ming Dynasty emperors. Most go to Ding Tomb, the tomb of Emperor Wanli (reigned 1537-1619).

Details of the Tour:

Pick your up from you hotel around 7:20am and 8:30 am. Drive to the Ming Tombs. After lunch at a Chinese restaurant, then go to today’s highlight Mutianyu Great Wall. Walk along the Great Wall for about two hours and then come back and drop you off at your hotel.
