Mount Dragon and Tiger, also named as Longhu Mountain, lies 20 km south of Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province. With its six major sights (Supreme Purity Palace, Mountain Dragon and Tiger, Celestial Spring Rock, Heavenly Echo Mountain, MaZu Rock and Hong Hu Lake), Longhu Mountain has always been regarded as sacred place of Taoism. Taoism, an important philosophy in China represents the wisdom and thoughts developed through Chinese history. It is considered as one of the three most important philosophies in China, together with Confucianism and Buddhism.

The Best Season for Visiting : Longhu Mountain is focused on water visiting, the most suitable period is from April throughout October. However, anytime is suitable for land visiting. Appreciating the green landscapes in spring, enjoying the cool in summer, watching the golden fields in autumn, and admiring wintry scenes in winter, all these are quite attractive and enchanting.

The eak season is the period from March 2006 to November 2006; slack season is the period from December 2006 to February 2007.
